Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped on an estimated timeline of 2–6 weeks from the date of purchase.

This timeline accounts for production, handling, and fulfillment. Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • One-of-One (1/1) shirts may require additional handling time.

  • Orders may ship sooner or later than the estimated timeframe depending on demand and logistics.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this estimated shipping timeframe.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after confirmation.


Shipping Delays

HARDCORE THOUGHTS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs or international processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Circumstances outside of our control

Delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, HARDCORE THOUGHTS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
